These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 365ph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 365ph.one ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 365ph Platform — including but not limited to the casino games, sports betting services, bingo products, slot games, and any associated features — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your country of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 365ph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 365ph Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

365ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 365ph may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending verification.

To access the full range of services offered by 365ph, you are required to create a registered account. The following rules govern the registration and management of your 365ph account:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 365ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 365ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. Account Activity: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 365ph immediately via the official support channel.
5. Account Verification: 365ph may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
6. Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 365ph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its prevailing inactive account policy, which will be communicated to you prior to any deduction.

365ph supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking transfers. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Currency: All transactions on the 365ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 or as otherwise specified on the Platform's cashier page. Minimum and maximum limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 365ph account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process, depending on the originating bank.
• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. 365ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 365ph account holder.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are free from any encumbrance. The use of funds derived from illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Transaction Fees: 365ph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first contacting 365ph support is a violation of these Terms. 365ph reserves the right to suspend your account and recover any funds subject to an unauthorized chargeback.

365ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 365ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games or game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• 365ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not retroactively affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 365ph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, games, or security systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void and must be returned to 365ph.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 365ph staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to sell, transfer, or assign your 365ph account or any funds held therein to any third party.

All content on the 365ph Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 365ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 365ph.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 365ph trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of 365ph intellectual property may result in legal action under Philippine law, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 365ph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 365ph Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, system outages, or interruptions in service.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by software malfunctions, provided that 365ph takes reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banks.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

The 365ph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

365ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: Access to the 365ph Platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above. This restriction is enforced through mandatory KYC verification and is non-negotiable.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

365ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• 365ph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct associated with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• You are found to be ineligible to use the Platform under Section 2 of these Terms.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency instructs 365ph to suspend or close your account.
• 365ph determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Upon termination of your account for cause, 365ph reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method. Balances associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting 365ph customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation. For players based in Metro Manila, the courts of Makati City or Quezon City shall have primary jurisdiction, without prejudice to 365ph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

365ph operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels. 365ph will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or inquiry.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 365ph with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
